Rosemary And Thyme Chick'n Vegetable Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 cupof tomatoes
  • 1 cupof green bell peppers
  • 1/2 cupof celery
  • 1/2 cupof lemongrass
  • 1 cupof red onions
  • 1/2 cupof scallions
  • 1/7 cupof bouillon cubes
  • 1/7 cupof rosemary
  • 1/7 cupof thyme
  • 1/7 cupof bay leaves
  • 1/10 cupof turmeric powder
  • 1/7 cupof butter
  • 1/5 cupof olive oil
  • 1/2 cupof vermicelli noodles

Instructions

  1. Take a large pot and melt the butter with oil.

  2. Add the bouillon cubes and mix well.

  3. Add the celery, lemongrass, onions and green bell peppers.

  4. Simmer the ingredients for a while.

  5. Add the water and cover for 5 minutes.

  6. After that, add more water, herbs and rosemary and cook for about 20 minutes.

  7. Add the tomatoes and serve the dish.
