- 1 cupof tomatoes
- 1 cupof green bell peppers
- 1/2 cupof celery
- 1/2 cupof lemongrass
- 1 cupof red onions
- 1/2 cupof scallions
- 1/7 cupof bouillon cubes
- 1/7 cupof rosemary
- 1/7 cupof thyme
- 1/7 cupof bay leaves
- 1/10 cupof turmeric powder
- 1/7 cupof butter
- 1/5 cupof olive oil
- 1/2 cupof vermicelli noodles
Take a large pot and melt the butter with oil.
Add the bouillon cubes and mix well.
Add the celery, lemongrass, onions and green bell peppers.
Simmer the ingredients for a while.
Add the water and cover for 5 minutes.
After that, add more water, herbs and rosemary and cook for about 20 minutes.
Add the tomatoes and serve the dish.
