- 1 cupof figs
- 1/2 cupof mascarpone cheese
- 1/2 cupof grated parmesan cheese
- 1/8 cupof balsamic vinegar
- 1/10 cupof garnish
Remove the ends of the fig and cut them in half. Mix mascarpone cheese with grated parmesan. Grease the halves of the fig with dollop of cheese mixture. Put them into a pan and drizzle with balsamic vinegar. Roast it. After it is cooked, garnish the fig. Enjoy your meal!
