  • 2 cupsof chicken
  • 1/2 cupof crackers
  • 1/2 cupof black truffles
  • 1/4 cupof foie gras
  • 1/4 cupof butter


  1. Chop black truffles. Add grated bread to truffles. Then, add butter and foie gras. Add some salt and combine everything well.

  2. Take the whole chicken and stuff it with filling. Then, take a thread and tie it around.

  3. Put chicken into refrigerated to chill. Then, put it at the oven and cook for 45 minutes at 375 degrees. Have a nice meal!
