- 2 cupsof fish
- 1/2 cupof carrot
- 1/4 cupof green pepper
- 1/4 cupof red pepper
- 1/8 cupof white onion
- 1/4 cupof yellow pepper
- 1/2 cupof potato
- 1/6 cupof green onion
- 1/10 cupof garlic
Put the fish into a baking pot.
Cut the carrot into stripes, green and red pepper.
Then, cut onion, yellow pepper and potatoe. Put everything into baking pot as well.
Cut green onion and garlic.
Put the vegetables on a fish.
Season the fish both inside and outside with seasoning and vegetables.
Take a foil and cover the fish with it.
Put the fish on the grill for 25 minutes. Enjoy!
