Roast Brussels Sprouts

  • 2 cupsof Brussels sprouts
  • 1/10 cupof lemon juice
  • 1/10 cupof salt


  1. Clean and chop Brussels sprouts. Preheat your oven to 500 degrees. Put Brussels sprouts on pan and cover tightly with foil. Steam them in oven for 10 minutes. Then, add olive oil and season Brussels sprouts. Put them into oven until caramelized. Add lemon juice and salt to taste.
