Ingredients

  • 5 cupsof red peas
  • 2 cupsof coconut milk
  • 1/2 cupof cut white onion
  • 1/2 cupof cut green onion
  • 1/8 cupof garlic
  • 1/7 cupof fresh thyme
  • 1/7 cupof Jamaican pepper
  • 1/7 cupof butter
  • 1/8 cupof salt

Instructions

  1. Take a pan and add about 8 cups of water.

  2. Put it on heat and add your peas, white onion, garlic, green onion, Jamaican pepper, thyme, coconut milk and a spoon of butter and cook for about 20 minutes.

  3. Add a teaspoon of salt and stir.

  4. Add 10 cups of rice.

  5. Cook for about 20 minutes.

  6. Enjoy!
