  • 1 cupof coconut milk
  • 1 cupof Red beans
  • 2 cupsof hot water
  • 2 cupsof rice
  • 1 cupof bacon
  • 1/2 cupof white onion


  1. Boil together the can of red beans and a can of coconut milk for about 30 minutes. Fry some bacon and white onion separately and add them to the coconut milk with beans. You can you any other additions to your taste.

  2. Next, into the pan with coconut milk, add and cook for about 30 minutes 2 cups of hot water with rice. When it boils for few minutes, turn it down to simmering. Cover the pan for approximately 6 minutes. The rice will absorb the milk. Next, stir thoroughly again. Cover the pan again and in 30 or 40 minutes the rice should be ready. That's it! Enjoy your meal!
