- 7 cupsof sweet baby back ribs
- 1/2 cupof extra virgin olive oil
- 1 cupof bayou seasoning
- 2 cupsof wood chips
- 1 cupof BBQ sauce
Grease the back side of ribs with olive oil. Sprinkle the same side with bayou seasoning. Turn over the ribs and grease the other side with olive oil. Sprinkle with bayou seasoning, as well. Put the ribs in the plastic wrap and out them to the fridge for an hour.
Put your wood chips in the water for about 45-60 minutes. Next, put them on the coals to add to smoke the ribs. Put the pan with water underneath. The grill should be around 250 degrees. Put the ribs on the grill for 3 to 4 hours. Use indirect heating method.
Now, put the ribs in the grill with direct heating. Grease the ribs with BBQ sauce from both sides. Close the grill for a couple of minutes.
