Red Velvet Cupcakes

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cupof sugar
  • 1 1/4 cupof vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cupof eggs
  • 2 1/2 cupsof flour
  • 1/8 cupof cocoa
  • 1/10 cupof baking powder
  • 1/10 cupof baking soda
  • 1/20 cupof salt
  • 1 cupof plain yogurt
  • 1/8 cupof apple vinegar
  • 1 cupof frosting

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, mix sugar with vegetable oil. Mix it until sugar is completely dissolved. Then, add eggs and red food coloring.

  2. Meanwhile, mix dry ingredients. Mix flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Mix it well.

  3. Next, combine apple vinegar with plain yogurt. Add yogurt to red mixture. Then, add dry ingredients. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.

  4. Put the cupcake batter into cupcake wrappers. Cook them for 22 minutes at 350 degrees. When they are ready, let them cool completely.

  5. Then, put the frosting on top of cupcakes. Enjoy your dessert!
