- 2 cupsof read peas
- 2 cupsof cut beef
- 1/7 cupof red pepper
- 1/8 cupof cut garlic
- 1/2 cupof cut white onion
- 1/2 cupof cut spring onion
- 1/7 cupof thyme
- 1/2 cupof cut carrot
- 2 cupsof cut potato
- 3 cupsof Jamaican dumplings
- 1 cupof coconut milk
- 1/10 cupof all-purpose seasoning
Take a big pan and fill it with water.
Add 2 cups of read peas, 2 cups of beef and 3 cloves of garlic.
Cook your ingredients for about 1 hour at a medium heat.
Next, add Jamaican dumplings and cook them for a while.
Add 1 cup of coconut milk, thyme and all of your vegetables into your pan. Mix well.
Add a little bit of all-purpose seasoning. Cook until potato is ready. Enjoy!
