Ingredients

  • 1/6 cupof fresh turmeric
  • 1/10 cupof lemon juice
  • 1/2 cupof coconut milk
  • 1/8 cupof coriander seeds
  • 1/10 cupof salt
  • 3 cupsof rice
  • 1/8 cupof garlic
  • 1/10 cupof soy sauce
  • 1/10 cupof chili
  • 1/6 cupof candle nuts
  • 1/10 cupof melted margarine
  • 1/2 cupof peanuts
  • 2 cupsof chicken fillet

Instructions

  1. Rinse the rice and put coconut milk into it. Also, add turmeric, ground

  2. coriander, salt, and lemon juice to make bright yellow color. Put it into

  3. rice cooker.

  4. In order to make saute, you need to crush garlic with candle nuts, salt

  5. and coriander, pepper and chili. Take a pan and put there crushed mixture.

  6. Fry it a little bit. The, add peanuts and soy sauce. Mix everything well.

  7. Put the saute on the chicken and leave it for half an hour to marinate.

  8. Then, put sticks on a grill and cook it.

  9. Serve chicken with rice. Have a nice meal!
