Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupof Tahini
  • 3/4 cupof water
  • 1/10 cupof garlic
  • 1/4 cupof lemon juice
  • 1/7 cupof maple syrup
  • 1/7 cupof apple cider vinegar
  • 1/10 cupof coriander powder
  • 1/10 cupof cumin
  • 1/5 cupof hempseeds
  • 1/7 cupof sesame seeds
  • 1 cupof romaine
  • 2 cupsof spring greens
  • 1/2 cupof zucchinis
  • 1/2 cupof cucumbers
  • 1/2 cupof carrots
  • 1/2 cupof fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 cupof avocados
  • 1/7 cupof raw sauerkraut
  • 1/2 cupof tomatoes

Instructions

  1. To make the dressing, add tahini, water, garlic, lemon juice, maple syrup, apple cider vinegar, coriander powder, cumin, hempseeds and sesame seeds to your blender and blend for about 30 seconds. Next, pour it into a glass.

  2. To make the salad, take a bowl and chop your greens, romaine and cilantro. Next, chop your cucumber and tomato. Then, grate your carrots and zucchini. Cut the avocado. Add some raw sauerkraut.
