  • 1/3 cupof dark chocolate
  • 1/3 cupof sunflower seeds
  • 1/3 cupof Zimt baking chocolate
  • 1/3 cupof oats
  • 1/3 cupof coconut butter
  • 1/3 cupof Himalayan salt
  • 1/3 cupof lentils
  • 1/2 cupof Medjool dates
  • 1 cupof water
  • 1/7 cupof vanilla powder


  1. Add one cup of water to a pot and add your Himalayan salt.

  2. Put the pot on high heat and bring it to a boil.

  3. Add your sunflower seeds and oats to the blender. Blend well.

  4. Next, chop your Medjool dates and add to your blender. Add some water and blend well.

  5. Add the Medjool dates mixture to your sunflower seeds and oats one. Mix until fully incorporated.

  6. Take a baking pan, put a baking sheet in it and add your dates mixture. Spread it evenly over your pan.

  7. Add your coconut butter, coconut sugar, lentils and a little bit of vanilla powder and Himalayan salt to your blender. Blend well.

  8. Add the mixture to the baking pan. Spread it evenly.

  9. Now, melt your chocolate. Spread it over your mixtures in a baking pan. Enjoy!
