- 1/2 cupof tomato paste
- 1/7 cupof olive oil
- 1/7 cupof agave nectar or maple syrup
- 1/3 cupof water
- 1/12 cupof salt
- 1/12 cupof black pepper
- 1/12 cupof onion powder
- 1/12 cupof garlic powder
- 1/7 cupof oregano
Take a bowl and mix your tomato paste with water.
Next, add the olive oil and agave syrup and blend well.
Sprinkle the sea salt and blend.
Add the seasonings and blend well again.
The sauce is ready.
You can take a pita and add the sauce, chopped onions, chopped spinach, chopped bell pepper, chopped tomatoes, chopped mushrooms and bake for a few minutes.
