- 4 cupsof pumpkin
- 2 cupsof carrots
- 1 cupof potato
- 1/2 cupof onion
- 1/5 cupof white wine
- 1/15 cupof pepper
- 1/15 cupof salt
- 1/7 cupof oil
- 5 cupsof chicken broth
Cut the onion and add it to a pot.
Next, dice the potato and chop the carrots.
Add the ingredients to a pot.
Add some oil, salt and heat until it browns.
Peel and cut the pumpkin just like in the video.
Remove the seeds with a spoon or a knife of they are very hard.
Add a splash of white wine and a little bit of pepper to a pot.
Add some pepper.
Next, add the pumpkin and broth.
Cook for about 20 minutes at medium heat.
Next, stir your soup with a blender until you get a creamy texture.
You can put a little bit of cream on it for decoration. Enjoy!
