Ingredients

  • 3/4 cupof orange juice
  • 1 cupof low-fat vanilla yoghurt
  • 1 cupof pumpkin puree
  • 1/10 cupof pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 cupsof frozen bananas
  • 1 cupof ice

Instructions

  1. Add orange juice, low-fat vanilla yoghurt, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, frozen bananas and ice to a blender. Blend until smooth.
