Pumpkin Dumpcake

Ingredients

  • 1 cupof canned pumpkin puree
  • 3/4 cupof evaporated milk
  • 2/4 cupof brown sugar
  • 1 cupof eggs
  • 1/10 cupof pumpkin spice
  • 1 cupof melted butter
  • 1 cupof crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cupof toffee pieces
  • 1 cupof yellow cake mix

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray baking pan with cooking spray. Take a bowl and combine pumpkin, milk, sugar, eggs and pumpkin spice.

  2. Pour the mixture into preheated pan and sprinkle it with cake mix. Then, put graham crackers and toffee. Pour melted butter on top. Bake it for 45-50 minutes. Serve the dessert with ice-cream of whipping cream.
