Pumpkin Bean Curry

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupof black beans
  • 1/2 cupof kidney beans
  • 1/2 cupof chickpeas
  • 1/4 cupof chickpea flower
  • 1 cupof pumpkins
  • 1 cupof carrots
  • 1 cupof sweet potatoes
  • 1/4 cupof onions
  • 1/2 cupof kale
  • 2 cupsof water
  • 1/7 cupof garlic powder
  • 1/7 cupof curry powder
  • 1/7 cupof onion powder
  • 1/5 cupof lettuce
  • 1 cupof cooked rice

Instructions

  1. Soak some beans (black beans, kidney beans), chickpeas, diced pumpkin, carrots, onions and sweet potatoes overnight. Add some chickpea flower and chopped kale. Add two cups of water, garlic powder, carry powder and onion powder. Stir the ingredients. Put it on the low heat for 8 hours. Serve it over some rice and lettuce.
