  • 2 cupsof rectangular pastry sheets
  • 1 cupof tomatoes
  • 1 cupof mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cupof eggs
  • 1 cupof pesto sauce
  • 1/15 cupof pepper
  • 1/20 cupof basil leaves


  1. Peel and slice the tomatoes. Slice the mozzarella. Mince the basil. Spread the dough out and cut it into wide rectangles. Make the strips roughly as wide as the dough. Roll up the upper and lower part of each piece. Spread the pesto on. Add the tomato and mozzarella slices one by one. Add the minced basil and a bit of pepper on top. Spread the beaten egg over the dough edges. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 200 degree Celsius for 15 to 20 minutes.
