  • 1/2 cupof oats
  • 1/4 cupof egg white
  • 1/4 cupof banana
  • 1/2 cupof milk
  • 1/10 cup cinnamon powder
  • 1/4 cupof protein powder


  1. Take the oats in a bowl and crush them completely. Add the egg white and banana. Mix everything up to create a paste. Add milk, cinnamon powder and protein powder. Mix it again. Put this mixture on the pan and cook it properly. After that, take it out in a plate. You can add peanut butter or Nutrella for more taste.
