Potato and Zucchini Omelette

Ingredients

  • 4 cupsof eggs
  • 1/2 cupof onion
  • 2 cupsof potatoes
  • 1 1/2 cupof zucchini
  • 1/10 cupof curry
  • 1/10 cupof olive oil
  • 1/10 cupof salt

Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes.

  2. Slice the onion, dice zucchini and put in to the pan.

  3. Cut the potatoes and add them to the pan as well.

  4. Add a little bit of oil and turn the heat on.

  5. Season the mixture to the taste.

  6. Beat 11 eggs, whisk them well.

  7. When potatoes are ready, pour the beaten egg in the pan.

  8. When the egg curdles from the bottom, flip it over.

  9. Enjoy your breakfast!
