- 1/5 cupof butter
- 1 cupof leeks
- 1/10 cupof salt
- 1/10 cupof pepper
- 2 cupsof homemade chicken stock
- 1/5 cupof fresh thyme
- 1 cupof mashed potatoes
Take a deep pan, put it on heat and add some butter.
Next, chop the leeks and add to a pan. Add a little bit of salt and stir.
Then, add the chicken stock, fresh thyme, salt and pepper to your pan and let it cook for a while.
Add your mashed potatoes. Stir well. Lit the soup boil for 5 more minutes. Enjoy!
