  • 1/5 cupof butter
  • 1 cupof leeks
  • 1/10 cupof salt
  • 1/10 cupof pepper
  • 2 cupsof homemade chicken stock
  • 1/5 cupof fresh thyme
  • 1 cupof mashed potatoes


  1. Take a deep pan, put it on heat and add some butter.

  2. Next, chop the leeks and add to a pan. Add a little bit of salt and stir.

  3. Then, add the chicken stock, fresh thyme, salt and pepper to your pan and let it cook for a while.

  4. Add your mashed potatoes. Stir well. Lit the soup boil for 5 more minutes. Enjoy!
