Pork Veggie Dumplings

  • 3 cupsof flour
  • 1 cupof hot water
  • 1/10 cupof sesame seed oil
  • 2 cupsof pork
  • 1/10 cupof soy sauce
  • 1/10 cupof black vinegar
  • 1/8 cupof chopped garlic
  • 1/6 cupof chopped onions
  • 1/8 cupof ginger
  • 1/8 cupof scallion


  1. Take a big bowl and mix there flour with water. Your dough should be thick. If there is not enough flour, you can add more. Let the dough rest for about 3o minutes.

  2. In order to make filling, take a bowl and mix there pork meat with sesame oil. Then, add soy sauce and black vinegar. Add chopped garlic, onion, ginger, and scallion. Mix everything thoroughly.

  3. When the dough is ready, roll it and cut into balls. Roll out small balls into disks. Fill those disks with pork stuffing. Put the dumplings into boiling broth. When the dumplings flow on top, they are ready. Drizzle it with sesame oil, sweet vinegar and scallion on top. Enjoy!
