Pork Ohop Over Rice with Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 cupsof pork
  • 1/8 cupof garlic
  • 1/6 cupof soy sauce
  • 1/8 cupof rice wine
  • 1/8 cupof sugar
  • 1/10 cupof spice powder
  • 1/2 cupof cornstarch
  • For sauce:
  • 1 cupof ground pork
  • 1 cupof fried shallots
  • 1/6 cupof minced garlic
  • 2 cupsof water
  • 1/2 cupof light soy sauce
  • 1/8 cupof sugar
  • 1/8 cupof rice wine
  • 1/8 cupof five spice powder
  • 1/10 cupof black pepper
  • 1/3 cupof vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Score the edges of the pork chop and put it aside.

  2. In order to prepare a marinade, chop the garlic and add soy sauce, rice wine, sugar, and spice powder to it.

  3. Put pork chops in a resealable bag and pour marinate over the pork.

  4. Refrigerate it for 1 hour.

  5. Take a pot and hit some oil.

  6. Remove the pork chops from gab and coat it from both sides with cornstarch.

  7. Add chops to skillet turning once, until golden brown from both sides.

  8. To prepare sauce, chop the garlic and saute it with ground beef.

  9. Next add fried shallots.

  10. Add water, soy sauce, sugar, rice wine, spice powder and black pepper. Bring to a boil.

  11. Once boiling, cover, reduce heat and simmer the sauce for an hour.

  12. Serve the pork with sauce. Have a nice meal!
