- 4 cupsof pork mince
- 1/9 cupof pork seasoning
- 1/9 cupof paprika
- 1/10 cupof pepper
- 1/9 cupof garlic and coriander seasoning
- 1/10 cupof everyday seasoning
- 1/7 cupof garlic
- 1/7 cupof white onion
- 1/9 cupof thyme
- 1/7 cupof spring onion
- 1/3 cupof sauce
- 1/7 cupof ketchup
Take a bowl and add the pork mince.
Add the pork seasoning, paprika, pepper, garlic and coriander seasoning, everyday seasoning, cut garlic, cut white onion, thyme, cut spring onion, and mix the ingredients.
Take a baking sheet and cover it with parchment paper.
Form the meat balls and put them on a baking sheet.
Sprinkle the balls with extra seasoning.
Put the balls into the oven for about 20 minutes.
Next, take a frying pan and put it over medium heat.
Add the meat balls, tomato and basil sauce, and ketchup and mix.
Cover the pan and leave for about 7 minutes.
Serve with spaghetti and cheese. Enjoy!
