  • 1 cupof onions
  • 1 cupof carrots
  • 1 cupof celery
  • 1/5 cupof thyme
  • 3 cupsof salmon


  1. Chop the onions, carrots, and celery and put them into a pan. Fill it halfway with water and make it boil.

  2. Take a piece of salmon with a skin on one side and put it into the boiling pan. Turn down the heat to low, cover the pot and leave of for 5-7 minutes. Then, take a fork and get the salmon off of the skin.
