  • 2 cups o hero bread
  • 1/2 cupof shucked oysters
  • 1/2 cupof egg wash
  • 1/4 cupof eggs
  • 1/2 cupof mayonnaise
  • 1 cupof fresh crab meat
  • 1/2 cupof flour
  • 1/7 cupof Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 cupof lattice
  • 1 cupof tomatoes
  • 1/2 cupof cornmeal
  • 1/2 cupof canola oil


  1. Add one tablespoon of mayonnaise and about 1/3 cup of cornmeal to your beaten egg. Mix it all together. Next, add some Old Bay seasoning. Mix the ingredients together. Add your crab meat. Mix together. Make nice little balls of your mixture using your flour. Let them rest for 30 minutes in a fridge.

  2. Put your oysters in a plate with the flour. Then, take them into your egg wash. Next, put them into your cornmeal.

  3. Preheat your oil in a frying pan to about 375 degrees. Add you crab cakes. Fry about 3 minutes on each side. Next, fry your oysters. Fry them for a few minutes on each side.

  4. Cut up your bread and add some mayonnaise inside. Add some lattice, sliced tomatoes and crab cakes with oysters. Enjoy!
