  • 5 cupsof San Marzano whole tomatoes
  • 1/10 cupof chili peppers
  • 1/10 cupof oregano
  • 1/10 cupof sugar
  • 1/8 cupof fresh basil
  • 1/10 cupof salt
  • 1/10 cupof pepper
  • 3/4 cupof chopped onions
  • 1/8 cupof oil
  • 1/8 cupof chopped garlic


  1. Take a bowl and pour there canned tomatoes. Start crushing the tomatoes with your hands. Add spices then - chili peppers, oregano, sugar, salt, pepper and basil.

  2. Mix the sauce very well. Take a pan, put there some oil, chopped onions, and garlic. Take tomato sauce and pour it to the onions. Make sure everything is mixed well. Add some more salt and pepper. Lower the heat and let it cook for about 25 minutes. Enjoy!
