Pizza Dough Recipe

  • 4 cupsof flour
  • 1/6 cupof salt
  • 1/4 cupof instant yeast
  • 1/6 cupof sugar
  • 1/6 cupof olive oil
  • 2 cupsof water


  1. Mix flour, salt, yeast, sugar, olive oil and water together.

  2. Then, let it rest for 5minutes.

  3. Use mixing machine, kned for 5 minutes on med-lo speed.

  4. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment. Mist with oil.

  5. Oil the countertop, put there dough and coat it wil oil.

  6. Divide the dough intp 4 equal pieces.

  7. Stretch it and fold twice.

  8. Form a dough into a ball.

  9. Refrigerate the dough overnight.

  10. Remove it from the fridge 2 hours before you make pizza.

  11. Preheat the oven.

  12. Dust the counter with flour.

  13. Transfer one peice of dough to the parchment.

  14. Shape it into a circl ewith your fingertips.

  15. Add any toppings you like.

  16. Side into the baking stone wth a pizza peel.

  17. In a few minutes, remove parchment. Bake pizza until it is cooked.
