Ingredients

  • 1 cupof whole wheat pita bread
  • 1/3 cupof extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/3 cupof tomato sauce
  • 1/20 cupof garlic
  • 1/3 cupof mozzarella cheese
  • 1/20 cupof spinach leaves
  • 1/3 cupof portobello mushrooms
  • 1/10 cupof sliced tomatoes
  • 1/10 cupof red onions
  • 1/10 cupof red pepper
  • 1/20 cupof oregano leaves
  • 1/4 cupof baked chicken
  • 1/20 cupof salt
  • 1/20 cupof pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450 degrees Celsius. Prepare a tray for your pizza. First, drizzle some extra virgin olive oil on a tray and spread it evenly. Put your whole wheat pita bread on a tray and drizzle it with olive oil. Next, add tomato sauce, a clove of crushed garlic, grated mozzarella cheese, some spinach leaves, 1 sliced portobello mushroom, sliced tomatoes, some red onions, red pepper, some oregano leaves, baked chicken pieces and again some mozzarella cheese on top. Season with salt and pepper. Put the pizza in the oven for 10 to 12 minutes.
