- 3/4 cupof sugar
- 1/2 cupof molasses
- 1/5 cupof maple syrup
- 3/4 cupof Coca-Cola
- 4 cupsof pineapple
Taka a pot and add sugar, molasses, maple syrup and Coca-Cola. Mix well and put over medium heat.
Cut your pineapple and trim off all the sides. Make a nice pattern all over it. Next, place it on the grill using a rotisserie at 400 degrees and coat with your sauce. Let it cook for half an hour. Add your sauce every ten minutes.
Take your pineapple, cut it into pieces and put on a hot grill grate. Add some more sauce and cook for about 1 to 2 minutes on each side.
