- 2 cupsof brie
- 1 cupof can crushed pineapple, drained, divided
- 1/3 cupof light brown sugar, divided
- 1/4 cupof flaked coconut, divided
- 1/4 cupof chopped pecans
Take your brie and cut it in half.
Top your brie with crushed pineapple, light brown sugar, flaked coconut and top it with a second piece of brie.
Top the second piece with the rest of pineapple, brown sugar and flaked coconut.
Preheat your oven to 325 degrees and bake for about 5 to 10 minutes.
When it is done, top it with chopped pecans. Enjoy!
