Pina Colada Brie

Ingredients

  • 2 cupsof brie
  • 1 cupof can crushed pineapple, drained, divided
  • 1/3 cupof light brown sugar, divided
  • 1/4 cupof flaked coconut, divided
  • 1/4 cupof chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Take your brie and cut it in half.

  2. Top your brie with crushed pineapple, light brown sugar, flaked coconut and top it with a second piece of brie.

  3. Top the second piece with the rest of pineapple, brown sugar and flaked coconut.

  4. Preheat your oven to 325 degrees and bake for about 5 to 10 minutes.

  5. When it is done, top it with chopped pecans. Enjoy!
