  • 3 cupsof bread flour
  • 1/4 cupof sugar
  • 1/8 cupof baking powder
  • 1/5 cupof salt
  • 1/5 cupof honey
  • 3/2 cupof beer
  • 1/2 cupof butter
  • 2 cupsof mushrooms
  • 1/5 cupof olive oil
  • 1/5 cupof vegetable oil
  • 2 cupsof chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cupof onions
  • 1/3 cupof white wine
  • 1/3 cupof chicken broth


  1. To make bread, mix 3 cups of bread flour, 3 tablespoons of sugar, one tablespoon of baking powder, and some salt in a bowl. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees. Put three tablespoons of honey into a microwave for 30 seconds to make it more liquid. Pour the beer into a bowl and add honey. Heat two tablespoons of the butter and add it to a bowl, as well. Mix it, but do not overmix. Stop mixing right before you stop seeing flour. Add some melted butter into your pan. Put the mixture into a pan. Pour some melted butter on the top. Now, put the pan into the oven.

  2. To make caramelized mushrooms, wash and slice them. Next, heat your frying pan, pour some olive oil in it, and add some salt. Put the mushrooms into it and fry for a while.

  3. To cook the chicken breasts, take another pan and make it very hot. Add some vegetable oil. Cut the chicken breasts very thin. Put them into hot pan and fry about 2 minutes from each side. Then, put chicken slices on a plate. If you keep them in a bowl, you will lose a crust.

  4. To make a sauce, clean the pan and make it hot again. Chop the onions and fry them in a hot pan. Add some white wine. Add one tablespoon of butter.

  5. Finally, put the chicken on your plate, put the mushrooms on the top, and pour your sauce.
