- 2 cupsof all purpose flour
- 1/10 cupof baking soda
- 1/20 cupof salt
- 1/10 cupof ground ginger
- 1/10 cupof cardamon powder
- 1/10 cupof ground cinnamon
- 1/10 cupof Instant coffee
- 1 1/2 cupof dates
- 1/2 cupof hot water
- 1 cupof eggs
- 1/2 cupof granulated sugar
- 1/2 cupof vegetable oil
- 1/10 cupof vanilla flavor
- 1/2 cupof milk
Mix together and sieve all purpose flour, baking soda+salt, ground ginger, cardamon powder, ground cinnamon, and coffee.
Next, mix dates with hot water.
Take a blender and mix eggs, vegetable oil, granulated sugar, and vanilla flavor. Blend it well.
Add dates to the mixture and mix again for about 3 minutes.
Gradually add the dey ingredients and milk.
Mix every time you add the dry ingredients.
Take 10 inch cake tin, grease it with oil and a little bit of flour.
Pour the mixture.
Decorate the cake with chocolates.
Bake in oven at 170C for 30 minutes.
Then, put caramel sauce and nuts on top.
