- 1/4 cupof warm water
- 1/9 cupof active dry yeast
- 1 cupof cold water
- 1/14 cupof sugar
- 1/9 cupof salt
- 3 cupsof all-purpose flour
- 1/8 cupof olive oil
- 1 cupof cheese
- 1/2 cupof pepperoni
Take a big bowl and add 1/4 cup of warm water and 1 teaspoon of active dry yeast and stir.
Wait for 5 minutes.
Add 1 cup of cold water, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of sugar and 3 cups of all-purpose flour (one by one) and mix well.
Knead your dough for 10 to 12 minutes.
Cut the dough into two and sprinkle the pieces with olive oil.
Put them in a bowl and refrigerate for about 12 to 15 hours.
Remove the dough and wait for about 1 hour before using it.
Take a baking sheet and spread the dough.
Take a bowl and add 4 tablespoons of pizza sauce, 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper, 1/4 teaspoon of chili pepper, 1/2 teaspoon of oregano, 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder and 1/2 teaspoon of basil and mix well.
Spread your sauce over the dough.
Add the cheese and pepperoni and bake at 500 degrees F for about 10 minutes or until ready.
