- 1 cupof pickled peppers
- 1/2 cupof goat cheese
- 1/2 cupof walnuts
- 1/9 cupof sugar
- 1/7 cupof honey
- 1/10 cupof salt
- 1/7 cupof olive oil
Break the walnuts into big pieces.
Caramelize the walnuts by adding some water and sugar to a pan.
When that turns into caramel, add the walnuts.
Put the caramelized walnuts on a piece of vegetable paper and separate them.
Drain the peppers well and open them.
Cut the goat cheese into thick pieces.
Brown the peppers on both sides in a pan with olive oil.
Remove the peppers and spread them out on a plate.
Using the same oil, brown the cheese slices.
Put the pieces on the plate.
Sprinkle it with salt and pepper.
Add the caramelized walnuts to the plate.
Drizzle some honey over the entire dish.
