Pecan Pie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupof chopped (blended) pecans
  • 1/4 cupof melted butter
  • 1/4 cupof light corn syrup
  • 1/20 cupof salt
  • 1/2 cupof dark rum
  • 1/2 cupof half pecans
  • 3/4 cupof eggs
  • 1 cupof sugar
  • 1/10 cupof molasses
  • 1/2 cupof whipping cream

Instructions

  1. Take a 1/2 cup of pecans blend them quickly. Add them to a mixing bowl. Melt 4 tablespoons of butter and add as well. Add 3 eggs, 1 cup of sugar, a tablespoon of molasses, 1/4 cup of light corn syrup, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/4 cup of dark rum and 1/2 cup of half pecans. Mix the ingredients in a food processor well. Put them in an unbaked pie shell and put in toe oven for 40 to 45 minutes and 375 degrees.

  2. To make a cream topping, take 1 cup of whipping cream, 3 tablespoons of dark rum and one tablespoon of sugar. Whip the ingredients until you get a cream.
