- For Passion Fruit Curd
- 1/4 cupof passion fruit pulp
- 1/4 cupof lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 1/2 cupof condensed milk
- 1 cupof eggs
- 1/3 cupof unsalted butter
- For Pavlovas
- 1 cupof egg whites
- 1/20 cupof creamof tartar
- 1 cupof sugar
- 1/7 cupof corn starch
- 1/7 cupof white vinegar
Take a bowl and add your passion fruit, lemon juice, condensed milk and eggs and whisk well.
Cook the passion fruit curd until it thickens.
Add the butter and let it cool.
For pavlovas, take a mixing bowl and add the egg whites and cream of tartar and mix well.
Next, add the sugar. Keep mixing.
Beat the ingredients for about 10 minutes.
Add the vinegar and corn starch. Keep mixing.
Add the mixture to a pastry bag.
Form the pavlovas and bake them for about 1.5 to 2 hours at 200 degrees F.
Let them cool and fill with the passion fruit curd. Enjoy!
