Parsley Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 cupof parsley
  • 1/4 cupof chopped spring onion
  • 1/4 cupof tomato
  • 1/4 cupof burgol
  • 1/6 cupof lemon juice
  • 1/6 cupof vinegar
  • 1/10 cupof chili flakes
  • 1/6 cupof olive oil
  • 1/10 cupof salt
  • 1/10 cupof garlic

Instructions

  1. Take burgol, pour it with water and leave for half and hour.

  2. Chop the parsley and add tomato, spring onion, and already cooked burgol.

  3. Grate a garlic clove on top.

  4. For dressing, combine salt, olive oil vinegar, lemon juice and chili flakes.

  5. Have a nice meal!
