Papaya, Apple and Banana Smoothie with a Hint of Lemon

  • 2 cupsof papaya
  • 1 cupof apples
  • 1 cupof bananas
  • 1 cupof lemon
  • 4 cupsof coconut water


  1. Separate the skin from your papaya. Cut it into pieces. Cut one apple. Squeeze the juice from one lemon. Take a blender and add papaya, bananas, apple and coconut water into it. Blend until for a while. Next, add you lemon juice and blend again until smooth. Enjoy!
