Pani Puri

Ingredients

  • 2 cupsof puri
  • 1 cupof chopped onions
  • 1/2 cupof chopped cilantro
  • 1/10 cupof tamarind paste
  • 1/2 cupof coriander chutney paste
  • 1 cupof drinking water
  • 1/10 cupof black salt
  • 1 cupof chopped boiled potatoes
  • 1/5 cupof chat masala
  • 1/10 cupof salt
  • 1/10 cupof pepper

Instructions

  1. Take a big bowl and add your potatoes, chopped onions and chopped cilantro.

  2. Mix the ingredients well.

  3. Add some black pepper and salt.

  4. Give it a final mix.

  5. Take a new bowl and add mix 1/2 tablespoon of tamarind paste with drinking water.

  6. Add some black salt and chat masala.

  7. Next, repeat the same technique for coriander chutney paste.

  8. Take your puri and make little wholes.

  9. Fill your puri with potato filling, coriander chutney pani and tamarind pani. Enjoy!
