  • 1 1/2 cupof homemade flour
  • 1/10 cupof baking powder
  • 1 1/2 cupof milk
  • 1/4 cupof eggs
  • 1/4 cupof blueberries
  • 1/10 cupof olive oil


  1. Add 300 grams of homemade flour, one teaspoon of baking powder, 300 ml of milk and one beaten egg to a mixing bowl. Stir the ingredients with a spoon and then whisk them. Add 1/4 cup of blueberries to the mixture. Stir the mixture again.

  2. Pour some olive oil into a pan and put it on heat. Add some of the mixture to a pan. Turn the pancake around in 1-1.5 minutes. Cover the pancake with few more blueberries.
