Pan-fried Squashed Potatoes with Sunny Side Up Egg

  • 2 cupsof small size potatoes
  • 1/5 cupof olive oil
  • 1 cupof red bell pepper
  • 1/20 cupof butter
  • 1/2 cupof eggs
  • 1 cupof watercress
  • 1 cupof avocados


  1. Cook 5 potatoes and Smash them with your hand. Put a frying pan on heat, add some olive oil and put smashed potatoes in it. Fry them for and while and forget to turn them over to make them fried equally from the both sides.

  2. Chop the red bell pepper. Put it on the pan from potatoes. You can use the oil that is left from potatoes. Fry the chopped red bell pepper a little bit for a few minutes.

  3. Take a big frying pan and put it on the heat. Add a little bit of butter. Fry one egg in this pan. You need the pan to be hot in order to make the white egg cooked and yolk not cooked.

  4. Put the potatoes on a plate and cover them with fried egg.

  5. Chop some watercress. Peel and slice an avocado. Add these ingredients to the plate with potatoes and fried egg.
