- 1 cupof Maast-o Khiar
- 1/5 cupof oil
- 2 cupsof raw sausages
- 1/3 cupof diced onions
- 1/3 cupof chopped cabbage
- 1 cupof pita bread
- 1/7 cupof lemon juice
Preheat your frying pan and add some oil. Add your sausage, chopped cabbage and onions. Fry for a while until cooked.
Put another frying pan on a heat and add some oil. Put your pita bread in it.
Next, cut open your sausage to give it a quicker cook because you do not want the inside to be too raw.
Put your pita bread in a plate. Add you sausage, cabbage and onions and add a little bit a lemon juice. Top with some Maast-o Khiar.
