Pan Fried Pita With Italian Sausage

  • 1 cupof Maast-o Khiar
  • 1/5 cupof oil
  • 2 cupsof raw sausages
  • 1/3 cupof diced onions
  • 1/3 cupof chopped cabbage
  • 1 cupof pita bread
  • 1/7 cupof lemon juice


  1. Preheat your frying pan and add some oil. Add your sausage, chopped cabbage and onions. Fry for a while until cooked.

  2. Put another frying pan on a heat and add some oil. Put your pita bread in it.

  3. Next, cut open your sausage to give it a quicker cook because you do not want the inside to be too raw.

  4. Put your pita bread in a plate. Add you sausage, cabbage and onions and add a little bit a lemon juice. Top with some Maast-o Khiar.
