Pan Fried Chicken Wings

Ingredients

  • 5 cupsof wings
  • 1/9 cupof salt
  • 1/9 cupof pepper
  • 5 cupsof wheat flour
  • 1/7 cupof Spanish paprika
  • 1/7 cupof mustard seeds
  • 1/9 cupof garlic powder
  • 1/9 cupof ginger powder
  • 1/9 cupof curry powder
  • 1/9 cupof minced parsley
  • 1/9 cupof lemon zest
  • 1 cupof water
  • 1 cupof milk
  • 1/2 cupof cornstarch
  • 1/2 cupof breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cupof oil

Instructions

  1. First, cut the tip.

  2. Burn the feathers.

  3. Spread the wings into two parts.

  4. Add the salt and pepper.

  5. Take a bowl and mix the wheat flour, Spanish paprika, mustard seeds, garlic powder, ginger powder, curry powder, parsley, lemon zest, water, and milk and mix well.

  6. Dip the wings in the mixture.

  7. Marinate the wings in the fridge for one day.

  8. Take a plate and mix the cornstarch with breadcrumbs.

  9. Dip the wings in the mixture and fry with oil for 10 to 15 minutes on each side.
