Ingredients

  • 1/8 cupof tofu
  • 1/6 cupof egg
  • 1 cupof noodles
  • 1/2 cupof water
  • 1/10 cupof soy sauce
  • 1/10 cupof mushroom sauce
  • 1/20 cupof sugar
  • 1/10 cupof peanuts
  • 1 cupof bean sprouts
  • 1/10 cupof lime juice
  • 1/20 cupof chili

Instructions

  1. Preheat a pan. It is necessary to add each ingredient gradually one by one. First cook onion.

  2. When the onion is slightly roasted, add garlic, then tomatoes. After that add carrot and tofu. Pour the egg little by little, and when it is fried, crumble it into pieces.

  3. Then cook noodles. Add soy sauce, mushroom sauce, a little bit of sugar and peanuts. After that, add bean sprouts, squeeze a little of lime juice and season everything with chili. Enjoy!
