- 1/4 cupof garlic
- 1/3 cupof Thai chilies
- 1/4 cupof fried shallots
- 2/3 cupof Thai basil
- 2 cupsof ground pork
To make the paste, take 7 large garlic cloves, 7 Thai chilies and 3 tablespoons of fried shallots and add them to the blender. Blend them a little bit.
Pick 30 basil leaves. Mix together fish (1 tablespoon), soy (2 tablespoons), sweet soy (1 tablespoon) and oyster sauces (1 tablespoon).
Take a big frying pan and fry your paste. Fry until fragrant. Next, add some ground pork and cook until brown. Mix in the sauce and finish cooking the round pork. Finally, turn off the heat and stir in the basil until wilted. Serve with rice.
