  • 1 cupof orange juice
  • 1 cupof orange jest
  • 1 cupof orange segments
  • 1/20 cupof saffron leaves
  • 1 cupof infused dark orange agave nectar


  1. Take orange jest and segments and put them into flat container. Spread in evenly on the bottom. Next, pour orange juice in container. Put a couple of saffron leaves. Next, add infused dark orange agave nectar. Mix everything thoroughly.

  2. Cover the container with cooking paper; put the knife on top to keep the paper down. It should stay for about 16 hours in order to be ready.
