Omelette on the Spanish way

  • 1 cupof eggs
  • 1/2 cupof mushrooms
  • 1/4 cupof chorizo
  • 1/10 cupof garlic


  1. Dice chorizo and chop some garlic. Heat a little bit of oil and saute chorizo with garlic. Next, add mushrooms and saute them. Season the mixture with salt and pepper. Break in and stir eggs. Have a nice meal!
