- 1/8 cupof salt
- 8 cupsof water
- 6 cupsof potatoes
- 3 cupsof red peppers
- 2 cupsof carrots
- 1/7 cupof olive oil
- 2 cupsof eggs
- 1 cupof green peas
- 1 cupof tuna in olive oil
- 1/2 cupof olive oil
- 1 cupof sunflower oil
- 1/5 cupof white wine vinegar
Take a pot and fill it with water.
Add the salt and put it on heat.
Boil 6 big potatoes.
Take a baking dish and add the red peppers and carrots.
Sprinkle them with salt and olive oil and cover with foil.
Bake at 200 degrees C for about 40 minutes.
Boil 3 eggs and peel them.
Separate the yolks from the whites.
Crush the yolks with a fork.
Next, crush the whites.
Boil 1 cup of green peas.
Peel the cooked potatoes and cut them into small pieces.
Add the potatoes into a plate.
Season and stir.
Add the egg whites, yolks and green beans and stir.
Remove the seeds and skins from the baked vegetables.
Cut them into pieces and add to a plate.
Add a can of tuna in olive oil.
To make the mayonnaise, whisk 1 egg, 1 cup of sunflower oil, salt, olive oil and white wine vinegar.
Add 2-3 tablespoons of mayonnaise to the salad and mix well.
Serve it covered with a layer of mayonnaise and sprinkled with yolks. Enjoy!
